This Privacy Policy applies to PurifyCleaner (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), a multimedia tool application developed and operated by ZESTFUL LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you fully agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please stop using the App immediately.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to provide, maintain and optimize our multimedia services. We divide collected information into Non-Personal Information, User Media Files and limited technical log data. We will never actively collect your sensitive personal identity information without your explicit consent.

1.1 Non-Personal Technical Information

• Device information: Device model, operating system version, device language, screen resolution, network type.
• App usage data: App version, function usage records (e.g. format conversion types), anonymous crash logs and performance data.
• Network information: Anonymous IP address (used only for service stability and regional service optimization).

1.2 User Media Files

When you use format conversion, editing, compression, merging and other multimedia functions, you may upload or import local images, videos, audios and documents to the App:

• Most media processing tasks are completed locally on your iOS device. Your media files will not be uploaded to our cloud server.
• For individual cloud-assisted processing functions: Your media files will only be used to complete the current task. All temporary media data will be automatically and permanently deleted immediately after the task is finished.
• We will never view, store, copy, sell, share or use your media files for any other purposes.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not actively collect your name, phone number, email address, address, ID number, payment information, contact list, photo album content (except files you actively select for processing) or other sensitive personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

All collected information is only used for the following legitimate purposes:

• Provide, operate and maintain the normal multimedia service of the App;
• Fix software bugs, optimize product performance and improve user experience;
• Count anonymous usage data to iterate product functions;
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to official legal requests.

We will not use your information for advertising push, user profiling or other irrelevant purposes without your additional consent.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We promise not to sell, rent or trade your information to any third parties under any circumstances. We may only disclose your information in the following limited situations:

• You have given your explicit authorization and consent;
• Required by laws, regulations, judicial procedures or government official orders;
• Protect our legitimate rights and interests, user safety or public interests.

If we cooperate with third-party service providers (such as anonymous statistical tools), these third parties are required to sign confidentiality agreements and can only use data to provide designated services.

4. Data Storage & Security Protection

• Local data: The files and cache generated during your use of the App are all stored locally on your iOS device. You can delete all App data at any time through the iOS system settings.
• Cloud temporary data: All temporary media files on the cloud will be automatically cleared after the task ends, and no permanent backup will be retained.
• Security measures: We adopt industry-standard encryption technology to protect data transmission and storage, and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering and loss of data.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, CCPA and local privacy laws, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can inquire about the data we collect related to you.
• Right to Deletion: You can clear all local App data through iOS system settings at any time.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can turn off device permissions (such as photo album, network) in iOS system settings to stop relevant data collection.
• Right to Complain: If you have objections to our data processing behavior, you can contact us via the contact method below.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and find that your child has provided us with information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete relevant data as soon as possible.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools (such as statistical SDKs). This Privacy Policy only applies to our App. We are not responsible for the privacy rules of third-party platforms.
